Prices are subject to change without notice. We have made every effort to ensure our pricing is 100% true to the designer’s pricing policy; however, we can not honor typographical errors.

You may terminate this agreement at any time. www.launch-tools.com also may terminate this agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in www.launch-tools.com sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or condition of this agreement. Upon any termination of this agreement by either you or www.launch-tools.com , you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise.

Taxes, Duties, Tariffs
www.launch-tools.com can not be responsible for any additional charges such as taxes, duties, tariffs, or brokerage fees that may apply to international orders. Normally we would mark the parcel in low value to avoid the duty, but for different country, the policy is different, hence to find out which if any of these may apply, please contact your local government.

Billing Terms & Conditions

Definitions
Seller refers to the website owner – the person to whom the order for the purchase has been given.
Buyer refers to the person or organization placing the order.
Goods or services refers to the product(s) for which the buyer has placed an order for with the seller.

Payment
All payments are due upon completion of order. If a payment is not received or the payment method is declined the order will not be placed for the products and no items will be shipped. The buyer forfeits the ownership of any items due to non-payment.  We accept payment by Paypal, Western union and Bank transfer.

Shipping Policies
Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount calculated by the seller at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost of the item including shipping, will be refunded to the buyer by the seller. Shipping costs may increase if shipping internationally or on rush orders. If an item is damaged during shipping, seller will not be held responsible. The seller will take all reasonable steps to ensure the protection from loss, damage or destruction of the services or materials it supplies the buyer.

Cancellation
An order may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once the payment is processed, the buyer is responsible for the payment.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements we provide to you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Region.
